Overall the service delivered by the Sales agent was satisfactory-
Things he could have changed
- it was only on delivery that he mentioned the car had no spare Key and they had ordered one, I feel this should have been mentioned or even resolved up front.
- For a vehicle thats only done 35 000km the tyre wear seemed excessive. When I pointed it out it was dismissed with, the comment “ the vehicle has passed roadworthy” I feel a little more attention would have been nice.
- I have raised a few faults / imperfections on the vehicle that need to be addressed post sale.
I’m also awaiting documents I asked Reon to scan and send to me.
Here’s where the true sales experience will be tested, post sale is normally crunch time.
Overall I still think highly of Reon, and have faith that all raised concerns will be addressed.
