The experience was very generally good.But some 3 personnel (sales reps I assume)within the shop were too busy chatting among themselves when I first walked in.Were too busy to attend to me.Clinton who was behind them came to help me.Its important that your sales treat all visitors as potential customers.On day 2 it was better but still less proactive.Clinton was not there the moment i got there.2 sales p passed me.The third one offered to help me.
The finance lady was excellent.
Poor and disappointed with the service received. It requires urgent attention. To date after paying for the vehicle; still didn't receive the documents. Will await your feedback from the relevant person
