When I went to fetch the car yesterday on the 3rd of November, I noticed that the vehicle I was picking up did not have the black rubber like thing under the front bumper (one of the sales lady's called it a "lip").
I asked the sales person that was selling me the car "Slade Wagner" why, and he said he didn't know and that the vehicle was from the factory. Then his colleague, a sales lady answered by saying the Turbo Corsa and the Automatics are not the same.
I then asked how come, according their specs the exterior of the Opel Corsa Enjoy model is exactly the same and only the engine/transmission is different. She then further said the exterior of the 2 Enjoy variants is not the same. I even showed the sales man and his colleague that I can see the bumper has somewhere where the "lip" is suppose to clip into the front bumper. But they still insist the models are different.
This is really bothering me because ALL the other vehicles on the shop floor had the "lip" except for the one I was collecting.
I would like to find out why the vehicle that was sold to me did not have the lip as I can clearly see it I suppose to be there?
I would really appreciate an answer on this.
