My interaction with the sales leading up to the sale was great. And then the day I came to pick up my car there was a dent that wasn't there when I came to view the car.
1)The sales person the dent is not a big deal and I can just claim it from my insurance after 6 months (interesting advise).
2) Secondly I took the car and realized that one of my forglight had a crack the Friday after the pick up. I informed the sales person of the crack Monday, and I was told the car was in perfect condition and the crack could have happened over the weekend while I was driving. Insinuating it was my fault and the crack is now my problem.
I think much can and should be done to assist customer after a sale is closed. It cant be that sales people wash their hands and move on to the next once a deal is concluded. These are some of the reasons customer never go back to the same dealerships.
