This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, I have been to numerous dealerships in my search. Williams Ford has had the only vehicle that has met my criteria, while I love my new car my experience has been less than satisfactory. Since my first visit at the dealership I do not think I have seen any of the employees smile, while all employees have been professional, they have not been personable. (This made the process increasingly stressful as a first time car buyer) I was not impressed with the dealerships willingness to accommodate the buyer. Often times in my visits to test drive I was left waiting while employees went to get someone who could help me, while there were many employees in the building without customers. I was also disappointed that the dealership did not honor a discount they had advertised with my place of employment as my vehicle had recently “been priced dropped”. To not honor a couple hundred dollars off of a used vehicle that costs more than a couple grand, while the vehicle was advertised at the “price drop”, is in my opinion unexceptable. If you do not plan on offering a discount that is advertised on your company’s behalf, it should retracted from advertisement. After purchasing my vehicle I did have to additionally fill it up with gas, I feel that for an exceptional experience, a full tank of gas in a newly purchased vehicle would be appreciated. If it weren’t for having the right vehicle priced under KBB value I would not have decided to go through this dealership. However, I am satisfied with my vehicle itself (I have only had it for 24 hours) and with the staff’s ability to answer questions that I had about the vehicle and the buying process.
