Made 3 attempts to get appointment for mirror replacement. Could not make contact by phone so I drove 20 miles to make face-to face contact.
Mirror had to be ordered and was promised I would be contacted as soon as it arrived. (This is Tuesday afternoon). On Monday, I called service desk to see if part had arrived and it was already there. Nobody called me.
Finally, I made an appointment for 9am on Jan 9 to install mirror. At 10:15, my truck was just going in the garage. That caused me to reschedule another appointment that cost me money.
Finally, I was informed the mirror was the wrong color but it would be installed anyway and I would have to pay half the cost to have it painted.
This is the worse service appointment I've ever experienced with ANY service department.
You can be assured that I will not be back.
This was my first time buying a car, so I can’t relate my experience to that of other dealerships and car salesman. However, I have never had better customer service for any purchase I’ve ever made in my entire life. The guys over at Williams Nissan know how to treat their customers. My salesman, Taylor, was extremely helpful and would answer all of my questions at almost any time of the day. These guys aren’t just good during the sale and at closing, but they keep in contact with you after the sale to be sure everything is going fine with the car. It’s obvious to me that these guys aren’t in the business to just sell you a car, they are in the business to help improve your life and situation. 10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car, will definitely be going back to them in the future for any vehicle needs I have. Taylor went the extra mile to help me the whole experience was nerve-wracking because I was new to it but because of Taylor he made it easy,simple and fun im so happy that i went to him because of him now I have a safe and reliable car that me and my fiance both appreciate
I was impressed with the fast and courteous way that my purchase of a vehicle was done. I have used the service department before after I purchased a Kia and am extremely happy with them. The salesman , Andrew was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable.
