Justin Donovan was very attentive and took care of any of my concerns, as I was coming in from out of town. He kept me informed the whole way. GM Tom Howe was who took care of the delivery process, as Justin had to be with family. Tom was also very accommodating (even though he didn’t think so) . My wife is going to be turning in her Nissan Rogue on lease in September and we may be buying something this time. We will definitely be in contact with Williams in the near future, exploring all options . Thank-you for the AWESOME vehicle and totally positive experience!!! We will be back..
We stopped on a Saturday near closing time to look at a couple of cars. Just to get an idea of pricing, Rasmus was in the lot with another sales person and took the time to approach us. We told him we knew it was time to close up so we didn't want to keep him since we were just looking.
Couple weeks later we came back looking for him because he took that extra few minutes with us at closing time on our previous visit. Again, we weren't quite sure we were ready to buy yet or even which model.
He set us up with the test drives of our choice knowing we had told him we weren't sure yet what we wanted.
Never once did we feel pressured to drive anything.
We came back a third time after weighing our options, taking the final test drives in the two we narrowed it down to.
We decided on the Altima over the Rogue Sport.
We could have walked in asking for any sales person, however because he took those extra few minutes he was the one we looked for when returning.

He went above and beyond what he should have had to do!
He was even contacted by the loan officer at our bank and she said he was amazing to work with!
We would definitely drive the 2 hours back to Williams Nissan to deal with him again!!
