If I could give Williams Subaru ten stars, I would do it. I'm not sure I've written more than two or three reviews in my life, but this company deserves the time and attention.
I recently had a fairly challenging car-buying situation come up, involving the buyout of a lease, multi-state regulations, power of attorney, etc.
I went through many dealerships trying to find a solution for buying a specific Subaru, and there seemed to be no company that could manage my situation. I was ready to give up and buy another kind of vehicle when my grandmother mentioned using Williams. I know no one personally at the company, but my grandparents live near Sayre, and they have done business with Williams Subaru on several occasions.
They were wonderful beyond words. Completely professional, gracious, helpful, personal, and everyone on their team went above and beyond. They took the time to carefully answer my questions, they were deeply fair in the transaction, they broke down the numbers with me carefully, and they added extra touches at no cost that gave me confidence in my decisions. They made both me and my family feel taken care of and treated well. I couldn't have had a better experience.
I'll say this, and I mean it: I live in Minnesota, and while I'm new to Subarus, I'm impressed so far, and I might just be a Subaru girl. Even being a good way across the country, Williams Subaru will always get my business. They actually made buying a car in a complicated moment for our family a joyful and easy experience. I'm grateful, and I won't forget it. That's radically good customer service, in support of an excellent product. Thanks for what you do, Williams Subaru.
