Everyone we met was so welcoming and helpful, starting with Meghan's answering all our questions online...to patient training on the amazing new car technology with Bill, to the many staff, like Dennis, who helped us to complete the process. Toyota staff seem to love their jobs. They took their time in educating us about our new car, which we love. Thanks so much to all of you!

But when we bought the truck the gas tank was almost empty.
There was only one key. If when someone sold it to you before you read it you should had made another key.
John agreed to buy it on a Tuesday, then we went to pick it up on a Friday you still did not have any license plates. It's Wednesday and still no call from you about the plates.
when I tried to call today the number had a message saying we are not taking calls at this time.
pretty poor customer service.
