Sales experience very good but the Finance Team needs to be in sync with Sales. Three red flags in 5 minutes: special deal on long term financing was only available with auto-pay ( something not cited in sales negotiation and something I have never opted for on 35 years of buying cars); new account had to be opened with institution to seal the deal ( the institution later said this was not a requirement and was waived for Williams clients); and the credit check score with Sales wildly differed (69 pts) from that of the institution ( the institution said had I waited to book the deal thru them rather than the dealership, I would have received the favorable, lower rate). Not to mention the mileage on the car I was trading in was off on Finance’s paperwork by > 35k miles. Attention to detail is important to not leaving a bad impression.
