After-sales service is non-existent. The after-sales service department (dealing with James Nelson) would recommend what repairs need to be done to fix the car problem (a new car), then they take the car for the recommended repairs and keep it for several days, charge you heaps, but the car has the same problem after the repairs and they are not prepared to take it back to repair the same problem again and then simply saying that they have already spent enough time and money on the repairs and recommend to take the car elsewhere, however they are not prepared to refund the money they have charged for the unsuccessful repairs. Dealing with James Nelson is just pathetic - typical car salesman that tries to put words in your mouth and then blames the car problem on the customer, rather than help to repair the car.
Not a very good public relations employee for the company.
I wouldn't any longer recommend the company to anyone - just bad service.
Keep away from Wodonga Prestige Volkswagen and save yourself a big problem.
