Pathetic service from the sales department. Enquired about a Nissan navara ($50k vehicle). Had to introduce myself to the first salesmen as he didn't. Got given a brochure but no real information, asked to take it for a test drive and got told it would be an hour before a test drive was available and to come back and see them (fair enough - no issue there) came back an hour later and got told the car wasn't ready yet but would be ready in the afternoon, came back around 3:15pm and was rudely approached and told there was no car available today and they would call me during the week when a car became available (a week later and still waiting for the call... Guess the car mustn't be ready yet hey?) will not be going through any national capital dealer again and will not recommend them to anyone!!
Went to Lennock motors instead and received expectional customer service and had a vehicle and staff available for a test drive (they stayed late just to help us out) and have just purchased my brand new car through them and couldn't be happier!
Took my Nissan Navara to Belconnen to fix an issue with the starting of the vehicle. I advised that cam sensor had been replaced by another mechanic but I was still having the same issue. They had the car for 15 days replaced the part mentioned and the car is still having the same issue, didn't fix the problem at all and charged me for the part and labour excessively. Quoted to repair original replacement part for 2500.00 but charged me 739 to replace the part and labour and didn't fix the problem. Took it to National Capital as they are a Nisssan dealer and very let down about the service or lack of communication.
I would like to take the time to give a massive shoutout to Sam Nicholls from Nation Capital Nissan Belconnen. I couldn't have been looked after by anyone more genuine that Sam; this man truly loves his job and ensured that I was very well informed throughout the entire process. I will certainly be recommending Sam to friends and family in the future. Thank you Sam for selling my Navara to me, so stoked you served me on that fateful day I stumbled across your dealership.
