Just another Toyota Dealership that are arrogant about the product and continue to think Australians will pay what ever they ask. I signed a contract in mid August 2023 for a new Landcruiser 300 get a phone call last week of January 2024 to say your vehicle will be here 1st week of March 2024, but then i was sent a new contract saying they want $4000 more for the vehicle. When I said no the answer was to bad so sad. You can not tell me a Toyota Delaership cannot forecast price rises or honour a 5 month old contract.

This was my first time buying a new car and the salesman, Stanley went above and beyond all of my expectations. From the first point of contact to receiving my vehicle I could not ask for a better salesman. He went through everything with me and before I left the car yard I was introduced to the service department where I will be getting my car serviced. I would recommend Stanley to my friends and family if they are looking to purchase a new or second hand vehicle.

This is the second time i have brought a vehicle from Ross Llewellyn. One was a Subaru and this purchase was a Hilux. I can't say nothing bad about both purchases. The sales person at Subaru and Toyota were awesome. Toyota looked after me really well with my Hilux. The sales person who looked after me (Mithun) You couldnt asked for a better person. The manager of Toyota as well is a awesome manager there. Gave me 6 months rego/tow bar. All thrown in for free. I even asked if there were jobs going there as well. Will see you guys in 2 years ok. Keep up the good work. One very happy customer here

Just bought a new car and I had the best experience, Pooja the sales assistant did an amazing job. Her customer service was fantastic, she kept me updated very well.
